Wow, Cypress Community… you did it again.

Our latest Open Mic Night was so packed we’re pretty sure a few people became accidental best friends simply because they were standing that close together.

From the moment the first chord rang out, the room was buzzing. We had singers, songwriters, storytellers, and at least one person who claimed they were “just here for coffee” but somehow ended up on stage anyway. The talent was incredible, the courage was inspiring, and the applause was loud enough to make our espresso machine jealous.

To every performer who shared their music — thank you for filling the shop with heart, humor, and harmonies. And to everyone who squeezed in, leaned in, or stood in the doorway pretending they weren’t blocking the exit… your energy made the night unforgettable. We’re still riding the high (and maybe still recovering from the caffeine), but one thing is clear: this community shows up, lifts up, and sings out. We can’t wait to do it again.
